构建新时代高校高质量就业工作体系路径研究——以华中师范大学“三位一体”就业工作体系为例

摘　　要：高校毕业生是就业工作的重点群体,大学生的就业质量直接关系到经济发展、民生福祉和国家未来。目前,世界经济复苏乏力,我国经济恢复不稳固、不均衡,经济发展承压前行,用人单位岗位需求减弱,大学生群体存在慢就业、不就业等择业观念误区,使高校就业工作面临严峻形势与新的挑战。高校应准确把握新时代大学生就业工作的新特点新要求,整体性构建就业协同联动体系、就业指导教育体系、就业服务保障体系,全方位促进毕业生更高质量更加充分就业。University graduates are crucial communities for employment work,whose employability is deeply related to economy development,the welfare for people's livelihood and the future for the nation.In the post epidemic era,with the world economy sluggishly recovering,the economy in China is still precarious and fragile,whose development has been under pressure.Meanwhile,with the demand for jobs from employers weakening,and university graduates having some misunderstandings on their career selection such as,late employment,nonemployment and the lack of employment techniques,the employment work of university graduates face an extremely severe situation or challenge.Universities should accurately grasp the new characteristics and requirements of employment work for university graduates in a new era,and comprehensively construct a cooperative employment system,an employment orientation and education system,and an employment service guarantee system to promote more sufficient and high-quality employment for graduates.
