摘  要:针对作战指挥基础理论课程内容特点和教学现状,以及指挥专业学员厚实岗位能力素质需求,采取立理、养能、塑神“三融合”教学模式,从教为主导理念、学为主体要求、建强教学手段资源三个方面设计课程教学.通过运用“三融合”教学模式,学员学习兴趣、学习质效显著提高,学员对教学满意度达到95%以上.教学实践表明,该教学设计策略有效支撑了课程教学目标达成,可为其他作战类专业背景课教学改革提供借鉴.According to the content characteristics and teaching status of the Combat Command Basic Theory course,as well as the requirements of command majors’solid post ability and quality,this article adopts three-fusion teaching mode,i.e.the fusion of basic theory teaching,ability cultivation and formation of professional spirit and quality,and then designs curriculum teaching from three aspects:teaching as the leading idea,learning as the main requirement,and strengthening teaching means and resources.Through the application of the three-fusion teaching mode,the cadets’learning interest,learning quality and efficiency have been significantly improved,and their satisfaction with teaching has reached more than 95%.The teaching practice shows that the presented teaching design strategy can effectively support the achievement of the course teaching objectives,and can also provide reference for the teaching reform of other professional background courses of combat category.
