专业教师以班导师角色开展“三全育人”工作的探索与实践

摘  要:在新时代教育背景下,探索和创新全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的有效途径,提高育人成效,是高校教师开展立德树人工作的重要要求。班导师在“三全育人”工作中存在诸多不同于课程教师和辅导员的独特之处,是能够将学业教育、专业教育、思政教育和创新创业教育有机融合、实现全方位育人的唯一角色。文章提出专业教师应跳出45分钟课堂育人局限,以班导师角色开展立德树人工作,并设计了系统的班导师班级管理方法、思政育人和创新创业教育方法,以期创新高校育人模式、全面推进“三全育人”工作。In the context of education in the new era,it is an important requirement for college teachers to carry out the work of fostering virtue through education by exploring and innovating effective ways of all-staff,whole-process,and comprehensive education,and improving the effectiveness of education.Class instructors have many unique features different from course teachers and counselors in the work of“three-pronged comprehensive education”.They are able to organically integrate academic education,specialized education,ideological and political education,and innovation and entrepreneurship education to achieve all-round education.This paper proposes that specialized teachers jump out of the limitation of 45-minute classroom education,and carry out the work of fostering virtue through education as a class instructor,and designs systematic methods of class management,ideological and political education,and innovation and entrepreneurship education,in order to innovate the education model of colleges and universities,and comprehensively promote the work of“three-pronged comprehensive education”.
