以社会需求为导向的避难场所规划与管理教学改革研究

摘　　要：作为城镇防御灾害的基本建筑单元,应急避难场所是城市防灾减灾设施的重要组成部分,直接关系城市居民抵御灾害风险的能力和水平。应急避难场所规划与管理是面向社会服务的应用型学科,具有很强的实践性,因此社会发展需求深深地影响着避难场所规划与管理的教育方式。该文从当前社会发展的现实需求和教学改革策略出发,从社会需求、课程特点、教学现状、改革措施四个方面提出避难场所规划与管理教学的改革思路,以期提高教学效果,增强学生应对社会发展需求的能力。As the basic building unit of urban disaster prevention,emergency shelter is the important part of urban disaster prevention and mitigation facilities,which are directly related to the ability and level of urban residents to resist disaster risks.The planning and management of emergency shelters is an applied discipline for social services,which has strong practicality.Therefore,the needs of social development have a deep impact on the educational methods of shelter planning and management.From the two aspects of the current social development needs and teaching reform strategies,this paper puts forward the reform ideas of shelter planning and management teaching from the four aspects of social needs,curriculum characteristics,teaching status and reform measures,in order to improve the teaching effect and enhance the students’ability to meet the needs of social development.
