摘  要:目的:探讨纳米碳染色标记定位在结直肠肿瘤内镜切除后追加手术的临床应用价值。方法:选择医院行内镜切除后追加手术的64例结直肠肿瘤患者,其中20例患者内镜切除后使用纳米碳染色标记定位病灶(纳米碳组),22例患者内镜切除后使用术中肠镜定位病灶(术中肠镜组),22例患者内镜切除后未标记定位病灶(对照组)。对三组患者术中定位病灶的时间、术中出血量、手术时间、清扫淋巴结的数目及并发症发生率进行比较。结果:与术中肠镜组及对照组相比较,纳米碳组患者定位病灶的时间及手术时间显著缩短,术中出血量显著减少,淋巴结清扫的数目显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组中纳米碳组未出现并发症,但术中肠镜组出现1例并发症、对照组出现2例并发症,差异无统计学意义(P>.05)。结论:结直肠肿瘤内镜切除后追加手术前行纳米碳染色标记标记能够快速精准定位病灶,增加淋巴结清扫数目,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,优势明显,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the clinical application value of nano-carbon labeling localization after endoscopic resection of colorectal tumors.Methods:64 patients with colorectal 2021 who underwent additional surgery after endoscopic resection were selected from Anqing Municipal Hospital,In 20 patients,the lesions were located with nano-carbon staining after endoscopic resection(nano-carbon group),After endoscopic resection,22 patients were treated with intraoperative colonoscopy to localize the lesions(intraoperative colonoscopy group),and 22 patients were treated with endoscopic resection without localizing the lesions(control group)The time of locating the focus,the amount of bleeding,the time of operation,the number of lymph nodes and the incidence of complications were compared among the three groups.Results:Compared with the Endoscopic Group and the control group,the time of localization and operation was significantly shortened,the amount of bleeding was significantly reduced,and the number of lymph node dissection was significantly increased in the nanocarbon group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).No complications occurred in the nano-carbon group.However,there were 1 case of complication in enteroscopy group and 2 cases of complication in control group,There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:After endoscopic resection of colorectal tumors,adding nano-carbon labeling before operation can quickly and accurately localize the lesion,increase the number of lymph node dissection,shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,worthy of clinical promotion.
