基于多元服务团队的青年馆员核心能力培养路径探析——以深圳大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：深圳大学图书馆围绕核心业务组建了7个专业服务团队,着重培养了青年馆员的8项核心能力。文章介绍了深圳大学图书馆以组建专业服务团队的模式培养青年馆员核心能力的探索,总结团队成功发展的6个核心要素,并就青年馆员的未来发展提出思考。Shenzhen University Library has established seven service teams around the core business,cultivated eight core competences of young librarians.This paper introduces the case of Shenzhen University Library in cultivating core competences of young librarians through the establishment of professional service teams.It also summarizes six core elements for the successful development of service teams,and proposes ideas for the future development of young librarians.
