摘 要:针对室外高温下由供应商、零售商和TPL组成的三级农产品供应链利润和决策的问题.基于零售商在不同新鲜度下农产品的销售策略和TPL在不同货物体积和重量下的运费策略,建立供应商和零售商共担TPL运费的供应链及其成员利润函数,并运用Stackelberg博弈进行求解,刻画出零售商最优决策以及供应链及其成员的最优利润,并引入“保鲜成本共担+补贴”契约协调该农产品供应链,证明使用该契约的有效性.结果表明制定合适保鲜成本共担因子,能够打破供应链利润减少僵局,提高供应链各方利润.在农产品供应链管理中,当出现夏季高温对农产品造成损耗时,通过引入“保鲜成本共担+补贴”契约提高TPL保鲜水平,能够有效遏制零售商及供应链的利润损失的同时,也能为供应链中各成员带来利润增长,不失为一个化危机为机遇的良策.This paper studies the profit and decision-making in a three-tier agricultural product supply chain consisting of suppliers,retailers and TPL under high outdoor temperature.A profit function for the supply chain and its members,in which the supplier and the retailer share TPL freight,is established based on the retailer’s sales strategy and TPL’s freight strategy.Stackelberg game modelling solution for the retailer’s optimal decision and the maximum profit of the supply chain and its members is derived.Further,a’freshness cost sharing+subsidy’contract is introduced to coordinate the agricultural product supply chain,and it’s validity is proved.The result shows that an appropriate freshness cost-sharing factor can increase the profits of all members.So,when high temperature causes losses in agricultural product supply chains,improving the TPL’s preservation level with’freshness cost sharing+subsidy’contract is a good strategy to reduce losses and bring profits.
