摘 要:Ⅱ型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)是一种患者数量逐年增加的流行性慢性代谢疾病,因其代谢功能受损等因素而普遍会引起多种并发症,严重威胁人类身体健康。水苏糖作为传统中药地黄中含量最高的寡糖,现代研究已表明,它也具有降血糖的功能。而且水苏糖还能通过增殖肠道益生菌等方式对人体产生多种积极效应,可以改善T2DM的并发症,有成为新型天然降糖药的潜力。该文阐述了水苏糖与T2DM的研究进展及潜在的作用机制,以期为治疗T2DM的水苏糖产品研发及相关治疗等提供理论参考。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is an epidemic chronic metabolic disease with an increasing number of patients year by year.Due to factors such as impaired metabolic function,it can generally cause a variety of complications,which seriously threatens human health.As the oligosaccharide with the highest content in traditional Chinese medicine Rehmannia glutinosa,modern research has shown that it also has the function of lowering blood sugar.Moreover,stachyose can also have a variety of positive effects on the human body by proliferating intestinal probiotics,which can improve the complications of T2DM,and has the potential to become a new natural hypoglycemic drug.This article expounds the research progress and potential mechanism of stachyose and T2DM,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of stachyose products for the treatment of T2DM and related treatments.
