基于学生差异性的MBA课程思政教学模式--以营销管理课程为例

摘  要:研究生课程思政建设是全面提高人才培养质量的重要任务,随着MBA学生数的迅速增长,他们已成为高校思想政治教育工作中的重要群体。从MBA学生群体的特点出发,通过对中原工学院连续三个年级的MBA学生调研,发现其构成从年龄、工作性质、政治面貌等都具有明显的差异,在对待课程思政的认知、兴趣、期望等方面也形成明显的三大类差异性特征。以MBA营销管理课程思政教学为例,根据学生的差异性,以学生为中心,设计了一体化、翻转课堂和PBL三种教学模式,将思政元素有效地融入到专业知识中,使学生在专业知识与实践能力提升的同时,提高了营销管理课程思政育人效果。The ideological and political teaching of MBA courses plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of personnel training.With the rapid growth of the number of MBA students,they have become an crucial group in the ideological and political education in universities.Based on the characteristics of MBA students,this paper investigates the MBA students of three consecutive cohorts in ZY universities,and found that their composition has obvious differences in age,work nature,political outlook,etc.,and also forms obvious differences in three categories in terms of cognition,interest,expectation and other aspects of curriculum ideology and politics.Taking the ideological and political teaching of the MBA marketing management course as an example,by respecting the differences of students and taking students as the center,this paper designs three teaching modes of integration,flipped classroom and problem-based learning(PBL)to effectively integrate ideological and political elements into professional knowledge.In this way,this approach enhances students'professional knowledge,practical abilities,and the impact of ideological and political education in marketing management courses.
