摘 要:为了解松阳县市场上茶叶质量安全状况,对2019至2022年间随机抽检的茶叶样本农残和重金属铅检测数据进行统计分析。结果表明,在农残方面,4年间共计2440个的抽检茶样,按国标中规定的22种农残进行检测和统计分析,噻嗪酮和氰戊菊酯的合格率均为99.96%,甲氰菊酯和联苯菊酯合格率为99.92%,其他农残指标合格率均为100%。同时发现噻嗪酮、甲氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、哒螨灵5种农残检出率较高。在重金属铅方面,4年间铅检测抽检茶样数分别为604个、585个、580个和586个,2019年、2020年茶样铅含量合格率为100%,2021年和2022年茶样铅合格率均为99.83%。综上,松阳县域内茶叶农残和重金属铅质量安全状况持续保持在较好水平。文章可为松阳县茶产业的安全可持续发展提供一定的参考。In order to understand the quality and safety of tea in Songyang market,the detection data of pesticide residue and heavy metals of tea samples sampled randomly from 2019 to 2022 were analyzed systematically.The results showed that:(1)Pesticide residues:606,617,631 and 586 tea samples were sampled during the four years,2440 in total.The qualified rates of the insecticides thiazinone and fenvalerate were 99.96%,the qualified rates of the insecticide cypermethrin and the insecticide/acaricide bifenthrin were 99.92%,and the qualified rates of other agricultural residues were 100%.Further analysis of three insecticides with high detection rates,namely thiazone,cypermethrin and cyhalothrin,the insecticide/acaricide bifenthrin and the acaricide fenthrin,showed that the two insecticides,thiazone and cypermethrin,exceeded the standard in tea samples in 2019,and the pass rate was 99.83%.In the tea samples in 2020,the qualified rate of several agricultural residue indicators with high detection rate reached 100%;The insecticide cypermethrin exceeded the standard in tea samples in 2021,and the qualified rate was 99.84%.The insecticide/acaricide bifenthrin exceeded the standard in tea samples in 2022,and the pass rate was 99.66%.(2)Heavy metal lead:In the past four years,the number of tea samples sampled for lead testing was 604,585,580 and 586,respectively.The qualified rate of residual lead in tea samples in 2019 and 2020 was 100%,and the qualified rate of lead detection in tea samples in 2021 and 2022 was 99.83%.The safety of agricultural residues and heavy metals of tea in Songyang County has been maintained at a high level.This paper provides some reference for the safe and sustainable development of Songyang tea market.
