基于“左右分治”理论探讨巨刺治疗中风病的机制

摘　　要：巨刺为传统刺法之一,其左右交叉取穴的治疗理念与人体解剖中神经传导束的交叉走形、左右联通的特点符合,常用于中风病患者的治疗。临床实践中发现巨刺可促进中风病人康复。由于神经交叉支配的特性,脑卒中后患侧多在颅内病灶对侧。“左右分治”正是基于中风病后偏身障碍的性质,以病发于左、右侧为辨证论治要点的特色理论,与巨刺的治疗机制相符。本文从中医基础理论和西医神经解剖生理病理角度探讨巨刺法在中风患者中是如何通过左右分治来实现对于患侧疾病的治疗,进一步阐释巨刺治疗中风病的理论依据。Opposing needling is one of the traditional Chinese acupuncture methods,and its treatment concept of selecting the left and right cross acupoints is in line with the characteristics of the cross-shape and left-right connection of the nerve conduction bundles in human anatomy.Thereby,the method has often been used in the treatment of stroke patients since ancient times.In clinical practice,it has also been found that opposing needling can promote the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Due to the characteristics of cross-innervation,the affected sides are mostly on the opposite side of the intracranial lesions after stroke.This characteristic theory of"left and right divided therapy"is based on the nature of a partial body disorder after stroke,with the disease occurring on both the left and right sides as the key points of its syndrome differentiation and treatment,which is consistent with the treatment mechanism of opposing needling.Therefore,from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine theory and neuroanatomy,physiology and pathology of western medicine,this paper explores how the opposing needling method can achieve the treatment of the affected sides by dividing the left and right sides in stroke patients,so as to explain the theoretical basis of opposing needling in treating stroke and the pathogenesis of the disease.
