摘  要:某电动重卡车型匹配激光雷达系统,产品开发设计阶段,通过CAE仿真分析,激光雷达安装点至副驾驶员右耳位置噪声传递函数在低频段超过70 dB,不满足工程设计要求,且在82 Hz左右产生峰值。通过激励源-路径分析,确定82 Hz共振峰值是由雷达电机(电机转速4800 r/min)激励频率与安装位置、顶盖横梁及后围局部模态耦合产生。通过对前顶盖横梁厚度进行优化及中横梁位置增加82 Hz动力吸振器,激励点至副驾驶员右耳的NTF峰值降低明显。该文对激光雷达匹配整车NVH性能开发具有重要参考价值。A certain electrical heavy-duty truck model is equipped with a Li DAR system.In its product development and design stage,through CAE simulation analysis,the noise transfer function from the lidar installation point to the right ear of the co-pilot exceeds 70 dB in the low frequency band,which could not meet the engineering design requirements,and produced a peak value of about 82 Hz.Through the excitation source-path analysis,it was determined that the 82 Hz resonance peak was generated by the coupling of the radar motor(motor speed 4800 r/min)excitation frequency with the installation position,the top cover beam and the local mode of the rear perimeter.By optimizing the thickness of the front top cover beam and adding an 82 Hz power shock absorber to the middle cross member,the NTF peak from the excitation point to the right ear of the passenger was significantly reduced.The paper has important reference value for the development of Lidar matching vehicle NVH performance.
