摘 要:为进一步增强永磁同步电机预测控制系统在强扰工况下的鲁棒性,提出基于自适应观测器的前馈无差拍预测控制方法。通过构建扩张数学模型,集成考虑电机受环境温度、磁场耦合等影响下的综合扰动。结合正切函数近似指数变化特性,设计自适应观测器,跟随观测误差动态调整增益,加快扰动跟踪响应速度。在自适应观测器离散化的基础上,引入实际电流跟踪参考的误差项,设计前馈预测电流模型,进一步提升预测模型受扰下的收敛速度,并融入无差拍预测控制方法。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性,在电阻、电感、磁链等单参数及多参数失配工况下均具备较强鲁棒性。To improve the robustness of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)predictive control system under the condition of strong disturbance,an adaptive observer based feed-forward deadbeat predictive control(AOFDPC)was proposed.Incorporating the disturbance affected by the ambient temperature and magnetic coupling,an extended model of PMSM was established.An adaptive observer was designed based on the exponential characteristic of tangent function to dynamically regulate gain with the estimate error and improve the estimation tracking.Based on the discretization of the adaptive observer,a feed-forward predictive current model was proposed by integrating the tracking error between the actual and reference current enhance the convergence of model under the disturbance and combine with deadbeat predictive control.The strong robustness of AOFDPC was verified by the simulation results under the single and multiple parameter mismatch of resistance,inductance and flux.
