放疗后张口受限患者的咬合重建修复1例

摘　　要：鼻咽癌放疗易导致患者颌骨损伤、肌肉纤维化、放射性龋等口腔并发症,给患者后期的修复方案制定带来极大挑战。本文报道了1例鼻咽癌放疗导致全口牙放射性龋坏及张口受限,采用上下颌短牙弓咬合重建义齿修复方案恢复口腔生理及美观功能的治疗案例。Radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can easily lead to oral complications such as jaw bone damage,muscle fibrosis and radioactive caries which brings challenges to denture restoration.This article reported a case of occlusive reconstruction after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,accompanied by radioactive caries of the entire dentition and limited mouth opening.A denture restoration scheme using maxillary and mandibular short arch is used to restore oral physiology and aesthetic function.
