摘 要:为了减少目标跟踪中心位置误差,提出一种应用激光测距技术的3D打印喷头轨迹跟踪方法。采用高斯混合模型背景法提取3D打印喷头的前景目标,经过形态学处理,获取目标的大致轮廓,估计视频图像,同时剔除相机的运动分量,完成目标检测。确保3D打印喷头的跟踪窗口,以目标特征颜色为依据填充跟踪窗口,将跟踪窗口内的目标颜色水平投影,根据激光测距技术获取实时数据和投影强度。通过投影出现的情况确定3D打印喷头的具体坐标位置和距离信息,最终实现3D打印喷头轨迹跟踪。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法轨迹跟踪运行时间平均为230.87 ms,中心位置误差平均为1.57 mm,跟踪成功率平均为96.7%,均呈现较为优越的应用性能。In order to reduce the position error of target tracking center,a 3D printing nozzle trajectory tracking method using laser ranging technology is proposed.Gaussian mixture model background method is used to extract the foreground target of 3D printing nozzle.After morphological processing,the approximate outline of the target is obtained,and the video image is estimated.At the same time,the motion components of the camera are eliminated to complete the target detection.Ensure the tracking window of 3D printing nozzle,fill the tracking window according to the target characteristic color,horizontally project the target color in the tracking window,and obtain real-time data and projection intensity according to laser ranging technology.Determine the specific coordinate position and distance information of the 3D printing nozzle through the projection,and finally realize the trajectory tracking of the 3D printing nozzle.The simulation results show that the running time of the proposed method is 230.87 ms on average,the center position error is 1.57 mm on average,and the tracking success rate is 96.7%on average,all of which show superior application performance.
