摘 要:建立轴承剥落故障的动力学模型是研究轴承故障机理的常用手段,由于滚动体在经过故障区时的接触情况较为复杂,所以准确地建立轴承剥落故障时变激励函数对轴承故障动力学模型的正确性具有很大影响。但是在解决轴承圆形故障时现有的单一化激励函数难以准确表达滚动体与故障的实际接触情况。因此,主要以深沟球轴承外圈剥落故障为研究对象,构建了考虑圆形剥落故障引起的弹性形变和滚动体经过故障区域瞬时位置的时变位移激励模型。研究了滚动体经过外圈圆形故障区域时的接触间隙变化规律,分析了不同故障尺寸的双冲击信号之间的时间间隔特征并通过仿真和实验进行对比的方法验证建立模型的有效性,为研究轴承剥落故障提供了理论支撑。A common way to research bearing fault excitation is to establish dynamic model of bearing spalling fault.Since the contact situation of the rolling element is more complex when it passes through the fault zone,the factor that has a great influence on the correctness of the bearing fault dynamics model is to accurately establish the time-varying excitation function of the bearing spalling fault.However,the existing simplified excitation function is difficult to accurately express the actual contact between rolling elements and faults when solving bearing round fault.Therefore,the round spalling fault of the outer ring of rolling bearing is studied.The time-varying displacement excitation model was established based on the elastic deformation caused by round spalling fault and the transient position of the rolling element passing through the fault area.The variation law of the contact gap when the rolling element passes through the round spalling fault zone of the outer ring was studied,the time interval characteristics between double shock signals generated by different fault diameters were analyzed,and the feasibility of the model was verified through simulation and experiment,which provides theoretical support for the research of bearing spalling fault.
