摘 要:以水性羟丙树脂和改性水玻璃为成膜基料,搭配多种颜填料与助剂制备了一款性能优异的水性金属防腐涂料,重点探讨了成膜物质、防锈填料、颜料体积浓度(PVC)和涂膜厚度对涂层性能的影响。研究结果表明:当水玻璃与羟丙树脂的质量比为1︰4,云母氧化铁与复合防锈颜料E的质量比为1︰1且占填料总用量的50%~60%,颜料体积浓度(PVC)达到30%~35%,涂层厚度约为150μm时,所制复合水性金属防腐涂料具备最佳综合性能。A kind of excellent waterborne anticorrosive coatings was prepared with both of waterborne hydroxy-acrylic resin and modified water glass as film-forming binder matched by various pigments,fillers and additives,and the influences of binder,anti-rust fillers,pigment volume concentration(PVC)as well as film thickness on coatings performance were discussed in detail.The research results showed that once the following conditions were met,the composite waterborne anticorrosive coatings prepared had optimum comprehensive performance:the mass ratio between water glass and waterborne hydroxyacrylic resin was 1:4,the usage of micaceous iron oxide and composite antirust pigment E with the mass ratio of 1:1 accounted for 50%~60%of the total filler usage,the pigment volume concentration(PVC)reached 30%~35%and the thickness of the coatings film was 150μm approximately.
