摘　　要：介绍了带温度控制单元激光器在5G通信中的重要性,重点分析了我国牵头的IEC 62148-22:2023《纤维光学有源器件和组件封装和接口标准第22部分:带温度控制单元的25 Gb/s直接调制激光器封装》的提案推进过程和主要技术内容,并阐述进一步推动纤维光学有源光器件国际标准提案的重要意义。The importance of lasers with temperature control units in 5G communication was introduced,with a focus on analyzing the proposal process and main technical content of IEC 62148-22:2023“Fibre optic active components and devices-Package and interface standards-Part 22:25 Gb/s directly modulated laser packages with temperature control unit”,which led by China.The significance of further promoting the international standard proposal for active optical devices of fibre optic in the future was elaborated.
