摘  要:颞顶联合区(temporoparietal junction,TPJ)在社会认知加工中扮演重要角色,是孤独症谱系障碍(Autism Spectrum Disorder,ASD)发病机制的关键脑区。TPJ异常是ASD社会认知障碍的神经生物学特征,结构成像研究结果表明TPJ灰质体积是ASD社会感知能力的重要指标,功能连通性研究结果表明右侧TPJ神经环路异常是ASD社会认知障碍的重要指标。无创脑刺激研究结果发现对TPJ施加刺激可以有效提升ASD儿童的社会认知和语言能力。文章系统综述了TPJ在ASD社会认知障碍中的作用,为无创脑刺激疗法应用于ASD的临床早期干预和评估提供思路。The temporoparietal junction(TPJ)plays an important role in social cognition.It is a key brain area in the pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Neuroimaging studies have confirmed that the abnormal of structure and function in TPJ were neurobiological features of impaired social interaction of ASD.Structural brain imaging results showed a high correlation between social cognitive impairment and the abnormal volume of gray and white matter in ASD,especially for the highly positive correlation between the social perception and the volume of gray matter in right TPJ.Functional brain connectivity results showed that the social affective disorder of ASD was related to the abnormal functional connectivity patterns of right TPJ neural circuit.Studies of noninvasive brain stimulation showed that social cognition and language abilities of ASD could be improved by noninvasive brain stimulation of TPJ.This article systematically reviews the role of TPJ in the social cognitive impairment of ASD from the perspective of neuroimaging and noninvasive brain stimulation,to promote the understanding of the pathogenesis of ASD and provide routes for exploring new treatments.
