煤矿水仓煤泥处理设备研究

摘　　要：为进一步优化与完善煤泥水处理系统,在总结我国现阶段煤矿水仓煤泥清理回收和处理等环节应用基础上,从矿井煤泥水来源和形成机理上,分析研究了煤泥处理环节中的可控因素,设计研发出一种矿用带集料装置的煤泥自动化成型机。该水仓煤泥处理系统设计合理、安装方便、运行费用低,具有快速集料和成型的功效,对煤泥清洁处理、高效利用、实现矿井水达标排放以及循环再利用具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to further optimize and perfect the coal slime water treatment system,on the basis of summarizing the application of coal slime cleaning,recycling and treatment in coal mine sump in our country at present,the controllable factors in coal slime treatment process are analyzed and studied from the source and formation mechanism of coal slime water,and an automatic coal slime forming machine with aggregate device is designed and developed.The sludge treatment system of the sump has the advantages of reasonable design,convenient installation,low operating cost,rapid aggregate and forming effect,and has certain promotion and application value for the clean treatment of coal sludge,efficient utilization,realizing the discharge of mine water up to standard and recycling.
