摘  要:应用HPLC指纹图谱技术比较黔产野生和家种薏苡仁药材整体化学差异,以期为黔产野生和家种薏苡仁的开发利用提供参考。采用Waters Diamonsil Plus 5μm C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.05%乙酸水进行梯度洗脱,流速0.1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为254 nm,柱温30℃,测定了10批黔产家种薏苡仁药材和10批黔产野生薏苡仁药材的HPLC指纹图谱,并对其进行相似度评价。建立了黔产野生和家种的薏苡仁药材指纹图谱,可用于两者的鉴别研究。HPLC fingerprint was used to compare the overall chemical differences between wild and domestic coix seed in Guizhou,in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of wild and domestic coix seed in Guizhou.Using waters diamond plus 5μm C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm)chromatographic column,gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.05%acetic acid water,flow rate of 0.1 mL·min^(-1),detection wavelength of 254 nm,column temperature of 30℃,HPLC fingerprints of 10 batches of Guizhou domestic and 10 batches of Guizhou wild Coix were determined,and their similarity was evaluated.The fingerprints of wild and domestic coix seed in Guizhou were established,which can be used for the identification of them.
