摘 要:药物合成反应实验是药学相关专业的重要课程,当前的实验内容是多以传统酸碱催化有机反应为基础的药物合成反应。可见光催化有机反应具有绿色、高效、可持续等特点,是当前研究热点和前沿。为促进药物合成反应实验教学与科研的协同创新,本文从反应类型、反应条件、反应机理、光催化剂、反应装置五个方面,分析和探讨在药物合成反应实验教学中引入可见光催化策略的一些具体措施和建议。Drug Synthesis Reactions Experiment is an important course in Pharmaceutical related majors.The current experimental content is mainly based on traditional acid-base catalyzed organic reactions for drug synthesis.Visible light catalyzed organic reactions have the characteristics of being environmentally friendly,efficient and sustainable,making them a current research hotspot and frontier.In order to promote the collaborative innovation of teaching and research of Drug Synthesis Reactions Experiment,some specific measures and suggestions for introducing visible light photocatalysis strategies in drug synthesis reaction experiment teaching were analyzed and discussed from five aspects:reaction types,reaction conditions,reaction mechanisms,photocatalysts,and reaction equipments.
