摘  要:利用化工过程模拟软件Aspen Plus设计化工工艺过程中的精馏塔是化工设计教学的难点,计算中不易收敛或无法达到设计规定的要求。本文根据化工设计教学的经验,对精馏塔设计类型分为3类,分别设计合适的教学案例,帮助学生理解精馏塔设计规定的应用和收敛技巧,提高学生应用Aspen Plus软件设计不同条件精馏塔的能力,为精馏塔设计教学提供新的思路。Distillation design in the chemical process using simulation software Aspen Plus is a difficulty problem in the teaching of Chemical Process Design.It is difficult to converge in the calculation and the results cannot meet the requirements of the design specification.Three type studies of distillation design were proposed and the appropriate case studies were designed to explain the design process,which was helpful for students to understand the application the design specification of distillation and improve students ability to design distillation column with Aspen Plus software.A new idea was provided for the teaching of distillation column design.
