摘  要:基于气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)高灵敏度、高效性等特点,将其应用于《有机化学综合实验》-由苯胺合成对溴联苯实验中目标产物的定性检测。本文详细介绍了实验方案和GC-MS在最终产物定性分析的具体方法。与以往通过物理性质对产品确定的实验相比,该实验课程的开设不仅提高了实验效率,而且与当今学科前沿和工业应用紧密结合,符合“新工科”背景下化学类本科课程教学目标。Based on the high sensitivity and high efficiency of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),it was applied to the qualitative detection of the target product in the comprehensive experiment of Organic Chemistry:the experiment of synthesizing p-bromobiphenyl from aniline.The experimental scheme and the specific method of GC-MS in the qualitative analysis of final products were introduced in detail.Compared with the previous experiments of determining products through physical properties,the establishment of this experimental course not only improved the experimental efficiency,but also closely combined with today s cutting-edge disciplines and industrial applications,which was in line with the teaching objectives of chemistry undergraduate courses under the background of“new engineering”.
