摘　　要：基于湖南省职业教育发展态势,分析了湖南楚怡职业教育高端智库建设缘起及启动背景,厘清了楚怡职业教育智库支持服务政策咨询的作用机理,提出了湖南楚怡职业教育智库与区域内职教集团融合发展的新理念,并从楚怡职业教育高端智库的人才引进、组织架构、协同平台等方面进行具体建设,展现新时代湖南新型职业教育智库的使命担当。This paper analyzes the origin and startup background of the construction of Hunan Chuyi vocational education high-end think tank,clarifies the role mechanism of Chuyi vocational education think tank support service policy consultation,puts forward a new concept of integrated development of Hunan Chuyi vocational education think tank and regional vocational education group,and carries out specific construction from the aspects of talent introduction,organizational structure and collaborative platform of Chuyi vocational education high-end think tank,which shows the mission of Hunan new vocational education think tank in the new era.
