类型教育视域下高职生职业心理素质现状与实证研究

摘　　要：目的:了解高职生职业心理素质现状,采用实证研究方法考察高职生职业心理素质培育方案对高职生职业心理素质的提升效果。方法:对湖南省五所高职院校1112名高职学生进行职业心理素质问卷调查,设计职业心理素质培育方案,并以班级为单位,随机分成实验组和对照组,在实施职业心理素质培育前、后,采用高职生职业心理素质问卷了解两组学生的职业心理素质。结果:高职生职业心理素质总体良好,但仍有少部分学生职业心理素质低下,实验组职业心理素质总分与各维度的后测得分均高于前测得分,提升效果显著,对照组前测、后测无显著差异。结论:系统的职业心理素质培育方案切实可行,能有效提升高职生的职业心理素质,更好适应职业发展。An empirical research method was used to understand the current situation of vocational psychological quality of higher vocational students,and investigate the improvement effect of training program on vocational psychological quality of higher vocational students.1112 vocational students from five vocational colleges in Hunan Province filled in questionnaires.The training program of vocational psychological quality was designed,and the students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by class.Before and after the implementation of vocational psychological quality training,the questionnaire of vocational students was used to understand the vocational psychological quality of the two groups of students.The vocational psychological quality of the higher vocational students was generally good,but there were still a small number of students with low vocational psychological quality.The total score of vocational psychological quality of the experimental group and the post-test scores of all dimensions were higher than the pre-test scores,and the improvement effect was significant.There was no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test of the control group.According to the result,it could be known that the systematic vocational psychological quality training program is feasible,can effectively improve the vocational psychological quality of higher vocational students,better adapt to career development.
