摘 要:本文综述了以某二冲程汽油机为研究对象,采用三维模拟方法对二冲程发动机扫气过程进行分析,通过实验测得发动机模拟计算所需的初始条件和动态边界条件,实现计算流场分区域进行初始条件和边界条件的赋值,提出了评价排放计算结果优劣的方法及相关参数,实现了二冲程发动机扫气效果数量化,便于改进效果的评价和最佳改进方案的选取。最后,通过分析缸内流场演变过程及各物理量变化历程,对扫气道各参数进行优化,在提高发动机功率的同时降低了排放。In this paper,taking a two-stroke gasoline engine as the research object,the three-dimensional simulation method is used to analyze the scavenging process of the two-stroke engine.The initial conditions and dynamic boundary conditions required by the engine simulation calculation are measured by experiments,and the initial conditions and boundary conditions of the flow field are assigned in different regions.The method and related parameters for evaluating the emission calculation results are proposed.The quantification of scavenging effect of two-stroke engine is realized,which is convenient to evaluate the improvement effect and select the best improvement scheme.Finally,by analyzing the evolution process of the flow field in the cylinder and the changing process of each physical quantity,the parameters of the sweep port are optimized,which can improve the engine power and reduce the emission at the same time.
