摘 要:本文以某国产纯电动汽车为研究对象,通过对其进行整车加速工况振动噪声试验,分析动力总成产生的振动和噪声激励对车内噪声的影响。根据纯电动汽车动力总成结构特性和振动噪声特点,运用阶次分析方法,识别动力总成驱动电机、减速器振动和噪声源,以及动力总成的振动噪声激励对车内噪声的影响,适用于纯电动汽车动力总成噪声源识别以及车内噪声源分析,具有工程应用价值。In this paper,a domestic pure electric vehicle as the research object,through the vehicle acceleration condition vibration noise test,analysis of the power train vibration and noise excitation on the impact of the interior noise.According to the structural characteristics and vibration and noise characteristics of the powertrain of the pure electric vehicle,the vibration and noise sources of the powertrain drive motor and reducer,as well as the influence of the vibration and noise excitation of the powertrain on the interior noise are identified by using the order analysis method.It is suitable for the powertrain noise source identification and the interior noise source analysis of the pure electric vehicle,and has the engineering application value.
