摘  要:凸轮型线设计对发动机性能及可靠性至关重要。针对某重型柴油机整机噪声大,测试表明其配气机构产生的机械噪声贡献量比较大,为降低配气机构噪声对其凸轮型线进行优化设计和动力学计算分析,仿真结果显示优化型线后凸轮与从动件最大接触力降低约20%,凸轮扭矩峰值降低约30%。通过噪声试验验证,优化凸轮型线后发动机外特性噪声降低1.5~2.5dBA,整机降噪效果明显。Cam profile design is very important for engine performance and reliability.Aiming at the problem of noise of a heavy diesel engine,noise test showed that the noise of valve train made a great contribution to engine noise.The optimization design of the cam profile and the dynamics calculation and analysis of the valve train had been carried out.The simulation results showed that,after the optimization profile,the maximum contact force between the cam and follower was reduced by 20%and the peak torque of the camshaft was reduced by 30%.It is verified by noise test that the noise of engine external characteristics can be reduced by 1.5-2.5 dBA,and the noise reduction effect is obvious.
