摘 要:冷却水套作为发动机冷却中的核心部件,在汽油机运行过程中应能提供稳定的、良好的冷却液来保证足够的冷却效果,为研究冷却水套的冷却性能,对某款增压式汽油发动机的冷却水套进行几何建模,进行了计算流体力学分析,评价其冷却指标,为后期结构优化提供数据支持。结果显示,冷却水套整体运行压力稳定,但第二、三缸缸盖区域、第四缸缸体区域冷却效果不足。As the core component of engine cooling,the cooling water jacket should be able to provide stable and good coolant to ensure adequate cooling effect during the operation of the gasoline engine.In order to study the cooling performance of the cooling water jacket,geometric modeling was carried out for the cooling water jacket of a supercharged gasoline engine,computational fluid dynamics analysis was conducted,and its cooling indicators were evaluated to provide data support for the later structural optimization.The results show that the overall operating pressure of the cooling water jacket is stable,but the cooling effect of the second cylinder and third cylinder head areas and the fourth cylinder block area is insufficient.
