摘　　要：针对中国工业发展对机械人才的需求,结合新疆地方经济和产业发展,提出地方应用型高校机械人才培养改革思路。面对新形势下对机械人才能力素质提出的新要求,以培养学生解决工程实际能力为向导,服务新疆区域经济发展为目标,从培养方案、课程体系、校企合作机制、教学方法和师资团队五方面对机械人才培养模式进行探索与改革,为高校机械类人才培养提供借鉴。In view of the demands of industrial development on mechanical talents and the development of Xinjiang's local economy and industries,this paper puts forward the reform ideas for the training of mechanical talents in local application-oriented colleges and universities.In the face of the new requirements for the ability and quality of mechanical talents under the new situation,this paper explores the training mode of mechanical talents from the five aspects of talent training programs,curriculum system,university-enterprise cooperation mechanism,teaching methods and teaching staff.Taking training students'practical ability to solve engineering as the guide and serving Xinjiang regional economic development as the goal,provide reference for the training of mechanical talents in colleges and universities.
