摘  要:当重大灾害发生后,尤其是地震灾害,受灾地区的常规通信设施遭到破坏。救援队伍的应急通信系统能够灵活并正常运转与救援队伍的救援能力息息相关。目前我国系留无人机发展相对成熟,通信自组网技术和设备也相对成熟,本文主要阐述利用自组网技术与系留无人机平台结合的系留无人机空中自组网应急通信系统,实现空中自主多链路组网并向下覆盖的通信网络系统的设想,该系统可以克服高大建筑物对信号的遮挡,能够实现10千米到100千米以上的网络通信,使救援现场与救援行动基地保持实时的无资费通信。When major disasters occur,especially earthquake disasters,the conventional communication facilities in the affected areas are damaged.The flexibility and normal operation of the emergency communication system of the rescue teams are vital to the rescue ability of the rescue teams.At present,the development of tethered UAV in China is relatively mature,and the technology and equipment of communication ad-hoc network are also relatively mature.This paper mainly expounds the idea of using ad-hoc network technology combined with tethered UAV platform to realize the air autonomous multi-link network and downward coverage of communication network system.The system can overcome the blockage of high buildings to signals.It can realize network communication from 10 kilometers to more than 100 kilometers,so that the rescue site and the rescue operation base can maintain real-time communication without fees.
