摘  要:如何振兴西部高等教育是新时代我国高等教育发展的重要议题。从资源依赖理论的视角来看,西部高等教育依靠国家的大力扶持取得了较好的发展。但仍然面临办学资金不足、人才短缺、基础保障不足等问题。面对新形势,政府应该进一步加大对西部高等教育的扶持力度,扶持方式从“输血”到“输造结合”转变,激发西部高等教育自身发展活力。西部高校应该突破传统资源依赖发展的路径,充分利用地方资源,走特色化发展道路。同时利用“一带一路”带来的发展机遇,适当进行权力让渡,提升西部高等教育国际化水平,实现西部高等教育全面振兴。How to revitalize higher education in western China is an important issue of higher education development in the new era.From the perspective of resource dependence theory,higher education in western China has achieved a good development.However,it still faces such problems as insufficient funds,talentsshortage and insufficient basic guarantee.In the face of the new situation,the govern-ment should further strengthen the support for higher education in the west,and transform the support mode from“blood transfusion”to“combination of transfusion and manufacturing”,so as to stimulate its development vitality.Universities in western China should break through their traditional resource dependent development,make full use of local resources and take the road of characteristic develop-ment.They are also to make full use of the development opportunity brought by“the Belt and Road”,transfer power appropriately,improve the level of higher education in the western China,so as to real-ize its comprehensive revitalization.
