摘　　要：科研的实质是知识生产,而知识生产模式变革必然引发高校科研范式变革。立足知识生产模式变革视角分析高校有组织科研的发展趋势、揭示高校有组织科研的逻辑走向、推动高校有组织科研机制创新,对于助推科技强国战略实施、支撑经济社会高质量发展具有重要意义。科研组织结构从简单走向复杂、科研价值取向从兴趣走向责任、科研创新重心从理论走向应用、科研创新方式从离散走向协同的高校有组织科研发展趋势,给高校有组织科研发出了从认识世界到改造世界、从学者兴趣到国家意志、从学术场域到社会场域、从线性发展到螺旋上升的逻辑转向信号。反思中国高校有组织科研,仍然存在着政策落实“堵点”、发展动力“盲点”、组织机制“痛点”、科研治理“难点”、评价制度“卡点”,需要通过建构战略导向的资源配置机制、问题驱动的发展动力机制、形神兼聚的科研组织机制、相通相融的科研治理机制和服务导向的科研评价机制,提升高校科研服务党和国家重大发展战略的支撑力。The essence of scientific research is knowledge production,and the change of knowledge production mode will inevitably lead to the change of scientific research paradigm in colleges and universities.Based on the perspective of knowledge production mode change,it is of great significance to analyze the development trend of organized scientific research,reveal the logical direction of organized scientific research,and promote the innovation of organized scientific research mechanism in colleges and universities,so as to boost the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country through science and technology and support the high-quality development of the economy and society.The development trend of organized scientific research in colleges and universities,,in which the organizational structure of scientific research has shifted from simplicity to complexity,the value orientation of scientific research has shifted from interest to responsibility,the focus of scientific research innovation has shifted from theory to application,and the mode of scientific research innovation has shifted from dispersion to collaboration,has sent a logical tuming signal to the organized scientific research in colleges and universities from understanding the world to transforming the world,from scholar interest to national will,from academic field to social field,and from linear development to spiral rise.Reflecting on the organized scientific research in Chinas colleges and universities,there are still"blockages"in policy implementation,blind spots"in development momentum,"pain points"in organizational mechanisms,"difficulties"in scientific research governance,and"sticking points"in evaluation systems.It is necessary to build a strategy-oriented resource allocation mechanism,a problem-driven development momentum mechanism,a research organization mechanism with both body and spirit,a coherent scientific research govemance mechanism,and a service-oriented scientific research evaluation mechanism,so as to improve the support o
