摘　　要：高校治理现代化既是国家治理现代化的有机组成部分,又是高等教育高质量发展的重要保障条件。应用型院校作为高等教育大众化阶段的生力军,以其为对象构建治理评价体系,能够更有针对性地引领和促进此类院校合理定位、重视内涵和发挥优势。研究利用德尔斐法,经过多轮调研和修正,形成了应用型院校治理现代化评价模型,它包含3个维度,由4个一级指标、8个二级指标和28个三级指标共同组成,体现了高教共性与应用特色、办学理念与治理实践、发展过程与产出结果相互结合的突出特征。University Govemance modemization is not only a part of national govemance modemnization,but also a guarantee for the high-quality development of higher education.Building a govemance evalu-ation system for appied undergraduate universities,can lead and prompt them to achieve rational orien-tation,pay attention to connotation and exploit advantages.With the Delphi Method and after several rounds of investigation and revision,an evaluation model for the modemization of university govemance in applied undergraduate universities is formed.The model contains three dimensions,which are com-posed of 4 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators and 28 tertiary indicators.It reflects the combination of commonness and characteristics,concept and practice,and process and results.
