摘 要:基于计算机辅助工程模拟分析供水管路接头的注塑成型过程,探究其同轴度的工艺优化方案。基于单点进胶方式探究最佳的浇口位置并建立热流道进胶系统。以料筒温度、模具表面温度、注射时间和速度/压力切换体积为自变量进行正交试验设计。结果表明:注射时间及模具表面温度的影响为极显著,速度/压力切换体积的影响为显著,料筒温度的影响为不显著。优化工艺组合为A1B3C3D2。通过工艺优化,同轴度由初始的0.3226 mm下降至0.2654 mm,下降了17.7%,并满足设计要求。优化工艺的仿真模拟及实际试模的结果均显示产品外观及同轴度满足要求,验证了优化工艺具有合理性。Based on computer-aided engineering simulation,the injection molding process of water supply pipeline joints is analyzed,and the process optimization scheme of coaxiality is explored.Based on the single point feeding method,the best gate position is explored and the hot runner feeding system is established.Orthogonal experimental design was carried out with barrel temperature,mold surface temperature,injection time and speed/pressure switching volume as independent variables.The results show that the influence of injection time and mold surface temperature is extremely significant,the influence of speed/pressure switching volume is significant,and the influence of barrel temperature is not significant.The optimized process combination is A1B3C3D2.Through process optimization,the coaxiality is reduced from the initial 0.3226 mm to 0.2654 mm,a decrease of 17.7%,and meets the design requirements.The simulation results of the optimized process and the actual test results show that the appearance and coaxiality of the product meet the requirements,which verifies the rationality of the optimized process.
