摘 要:为提高船闸闸室墙耐久性,宿连航道一期工程军屯河枢纽工程闸室墙的迎水面设计了全钢板护面,这种结构的施工难度在于如何实现钢板护面和闸室墙模板的安拆一体化,并且提高钢板护面安装质量。通过电动葫芦替代手拉葫芦、集成控制系统,解决了钢板护面、闸室墙模板的安拆一体化难题,做到了仅用1台移动模架就能实现钢板护面和闸室墙模板的安装,极大减少了设备和人员的投入,并且创新采用的钢板护面焊接及锚固技术极大提高了钢板护面平整度,避免了钢板开孔,同时也提高了施工安全的可靠性、工程实体质量的可控性,为今后的全钢板护面闸室墙施工提供参考。In order to improve the durability of the walls for the ship-lock chamber,a full steel plate cladding is designed for the water-facing walls of the lock chamber on the Juntunhe River Junction of the first phase of the Sulian Waterway project.The difficulty in the technology lies in how to realize the integration of the steel plate cladding and the formwork for the lock chamber walls and to improve the installation quality of the steel plate cladding.Electric hoists were used instead of hand hoist and an integrated control system was employed to solve the problem in integration of installation and disassembly of steel plate cladding and the formwork for the lock chamber walls.With only one set of mobile gantry framework,the installation of steel plate cladding and the formwork for the lock chamber walls was achieved,greatly reducing the input of equipment and manpower.The flatness of the steel plate cladding was greatly improved with the innovated welding and anchoring technology of the steel plate cladding,thus avoiding cutting openings in the steel plate cladding and enhancing the reliability of construction safety and the controllability of the quality of the project,which may provide a reference for future construction of lock chambers with full steel plate cladding walls.
