乡村振兴视角下农民转移劳动者职业技能培训评价

摘　　要：职业技能培训在乡村振兴中发挥重要的作用,两者相互影响,相互推进。以农民转移劳动者为研究对象,运用层次分析模糊综合评价法对其职业技能培训进行综合评价和实证分析,结果表明其职业技能培训评价的综合得分达到了相对较好的水平,但是在培训课程维度上的得分较低,并在此基础上提出一些可行性建议。Vocational skills training plays an important role in rural revitalization,and the two interact with each other and progress together.The skills training of farmers-turned workers was evaluated comprehensively by means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and analyzed with an empirical method.It was found that the comprehensiveevaluation score is at a relatively good level but the scores of training programs are relatively low,on which some feasible suggestions were proposed.
