摘　　要：为方便不动产数据的管理和使用,房地一体的农村宅基地和集体建设用地确权登记颁证成果数据均需按照省级农村不动产登记数据汇交的要求进行成果汇交。成果汇交中的数据转换目前大多采用定制转换工具的方法完成。主要利用FME软件定制模板的方式实现房地一体项目县级成果数据到省级汇交目录成果的转换。结果表明,通过该方法实现数据转换,方便快捷,无需开发程序,节约了生产成本。In order to facilitate the management and use of real estate data,the achievement data of integration of real estate and land rural home-stead and collective construction land right confirmation,registration and certification need to be collected and submitted according to the provin-cial rural real estate registration data submission requirements,and the data conversion is involved in the achievement collection and submission.At present,most of this work is done by software development to customize the conversion tool.We used FME software to customize the tem-plate to realize the conversion of county-level achievement data of integration of real estate and land project to provincial-level submission cata-logue results.The result shows that the method is convenient and fast,no need to develop programs,and production cost is saved.
