摘　　要：教育部办公厅印发的《关于开展市域产教联合体建设的通知》吹响了市域产教联合体创建工作“集结号”。全国开发区职业教育联盟校对产教联合体的思考与探索表明:产教联合体是职业教育体系构建的核心载体,更是开发区职业教育发展壮大的生命力所在。而高质量的开发区职教体系构建,需要高水平技术技能人才培养体系、开发区产业发展和区域社会需求服务体系、全民终身学习服务体系、“三融”“双创”办学育人体系、高水平职业教育示范引领体系等主要体系来支撑,以实现产教联合体创新育人的功能互补,让产教联合体真正走深走实、行稳致远。The notice issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education on carrying out the construction of city-wide industry and education consortium sounded the"assembly"of city-wide industry and education consortium.The reflection and exploration from colleges of National Alliance of Vocational Education in Development Zones indicate that industry and education consortium is the core carrier of vocational education system construction,and it is also the vitality of the development of vocational education in development zones.The construction of high-quality vocational education system in the development zones needs the support of such systems as the training system of high-level technical skills,the system of adapting to the industrial development and regional social needs in the development zones,the nationwide lifelong learning service system,the school running education system for promoting the"three integrations"and"entrepreneurship and innovation",and the leading system of high-level vocational education,so as to achieve complementary functions of innovative education in industry education consortium,and to truly deepen,strengthen,and achieve stability and progress in industry education consortium.
