摘 要:为达到汽车轻量化要求,在某款纯电动汽车白车身设计开发过程中,保险杠、副车架和仪表盘横梁以铝合金精密铸件替换钢制部件进行减重,对白车身模态性能进行了分析。利用HyperMesh、Nastran、HyperView等仿真软件建立纯电动汽车白车身有限元模型,并进行模态分析;同时结合试验测试对有限元分析结果进行校核修正,仿真精度满足要求。2种方法相结合可以为汽车的设计和优化提供行之有效的解决方案。In order to meet the requirements of vehicle lightweight,in the design and development process of a pure electric vehicle body in white,aluminum alloy precision castings were used to replace the steel parts to reduce the weight,which needed to analyze the modal performance of the body in white.HyperMesh,Nastran,HyperView and other simulation software were used to establish the BIW finite element model of pure electric vehicle,and the modal analysis was carried out.Meanwhile,the finite element analysis results are checked and modified by combining with experimental tests,and the simulation accuracy meets the requirements.The combination of the two methods can provide effective solutions for the design and optimization of automobile design schemes.
