摘 要:为了研究油箱装油量对汽车油耗的影响,借助MATLAB/Simulink建立整车模型进行仿真,对常规燃油汽车的油耗进行分析,比较其百公里油耗;设计均匀实验,拟合出函数曲线,计算最佳燃油经济性所对应的油箱装油量。研究结果表明,在混合循环工况、UDC(Urban Driving Cycle)、NEDC(New European Driving Cycle)等3种工况下,装油初始量为半箱油比装满整箱的油耗低。通过均匀实验,计算混合循环工况下,最佳装油初始量为整箱油的46.1%。Considering that the quantity of fuel in the tank will decrease with the use of the vehicle,the whole vehicle model is established and simulated with the aid of MATLAB/Simulink,and the influence of the quantity of fuel in the tank on the fuel consumption of the vehicle is studied.This paper analyzes the fuel consumption of conventional fuel vehicle,compares the fuel consumption of 100 km,designs the uniform experiment,fits the function curve,and calculates the optimum fuel economy corresponding to the fuel tank loading.The results show that under the three working conditions of mixed cycle,UDC(Urban Driving Cycle)and NEDC(New European Driving Cycle),the oil consumption of loading half tank is lower than that of whole tank,the optimum initial loading is 46.1%of the whole tank.
