摘　　要：“肾-精-髓-骨”系统是构成中医肾藏象理论体系的重要部分,通过古今文献资料分析,对“肾-精-髓-骨”系统内涵及其与筋、肌肉、谿谷、脉等形体以及精、气、血、津液等生命物质的外延等进行探讨。“肾-精-髓-骨”系统是指肾精化生骨髓而充养骨骼的功能系统,体现了中医学的整体思维模式。肾藏精,精生成并濡养骨髓;髓与骨皆为奇恒之腑,软骨、关节等为骨属,其生长、发育、衰退与肾中精气的盛衰密切相关。外延与筋、肌肉、谿谷、脉等形体密切相关,精、气、血、津液为重要物质基础。对“肾-精-髓-骨”系统进行深入研究,在临床实践中诊断、预防、治疗骨及其相关疾病及其康复保健,发挥重要作用。The system of"kidney-essence-marrow-bone"is an important part of the theoretical system of kidney visceral manifestation in TCM.Through the analysis of ancient and modern literature,the connotation of"kidney-essence-marrow-bone"system and its extension with with muscles,tendons,Xigu,pulses,and life substances such as essence,Qi,blood,body fluid were discussed.The system of"kidney-essence-marrow-bone"refers to the functional system in which kidney essence produces bone marrow and nourishes bones,which shows the whole thinking mode of TCM.Kidney stores essence,essence generates and nurtures bone marrow;Both marrow and bone are the Qiheng organs,while cartilage and joints belong to bone.Their growth,development and decline are closely related to the rise and fall of essence in kidney.Extension is closely related to muscles,tendons,bones and veins,and essence,Qi,blood and fluid are important material bases.To study wish the system of"kidney-essence-marrow-bone",which plays an important role in the diagnosis,prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of bone and related diseases in clinical practice.
