创新型拔尖人才培养模式探索与实践——以东北大学秦皇岛分校拔尖人才实验班首届毕业生为例

摘　　要：“双一流”高校建设背景下,如何培养具有创新精神的拔尖人才是人才培养的根本需求。东北大学秦皇岛分校控制工程学院进行了创新拔尖人才培养模式的探索和实践。在“德智体美劳”全面发展的基础上,着重从“强化实践、突出创新”两方面入手,展开对拔尖创新人才实验班的建设。建立“做中学”特色的培养机制及实践平台培养模式(实践能力培养);实行导师制,引导学生开展研究性学习,用于实现本研教育的交叉贯通和有效融合(科研能力培养);开展导学思政,提升老师立德树人意识,培养学生的责任感和使命感,肩负起当代大学生的社会担当(思想教育培养)。通过以上教学模式的改革,为经济和社会发展培养基础厚、能力强、素质高的创新型人才。Under the background of"First-class universities and disciplines of the world"construction,how to cultivate top-notch talents with innovative spirit is the fundamental demand of talent training.The School of Control Engineering of Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao has carried out exploration and practice of innovative top-notch talent training models.On the basis of the comprehensive development of"morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor",the construction of experimental class for top-notch innovative talents is carried out from the two aspects of"strengthening practice and highlighting innovation".We establish the"learning by doing"characteristic training mechanism system and practice platform training mode(practice ability training),implement an academic tutorial system to guide students to carry out research-based learning,which is used to realize the cross-connection and effective integration of undergraduate education and postgraduate education(research ability training),carry out ideological and political education.At the same time,the study enhances teachers'awareness of morality and cultivating people,cultivates students'sense of responsibility and mission,and shoulders the social responsibility of contemporary college students(ideological education training).Through the reform of the above teaching model,innovative talents with solid foundation,strong ability and high quality can be cultivated for economic and social development will be cultivated,so as to better meet the needs of economic and social development for high-quality innovative talents.
