摘　　要：根据2020年发布的《海南自由贸易港行业紧缺人才需求目录》,空乘人员是自贸港建设的紧缺性人才。在行业调研的基础上,围绕专业培养适应海南自由贸易港建设需要,对空中乘务专业的人才培养目标定位、规格及培养体系进行探索,以期专业人才培养能有效结合海南自贸港建设发展新形势,立足本地区域发展特色,与民航企业的人才需求零缝隙对接,既为自贸港建设下的民航服务行业输送专业人才,又能够推动该专业的积极发展。According to the"Hainan Free Trade Port Industry Shortage Talent Demand Catalogue"released in 2020,flight attendants are the shortage of talents during the construction of Free Trade Port.On the basis of survey of the industry,in order to meet the demand of Free Trade Port construction in Hainan during cultivation of talents,this paper explores the goal orientation,specifications and system in cabin crew major talents cultivation.It is expected that professional talents training can effectively adapt to the new situation and development of Hainan Free Trade Port construction,have its root on local area characteristic,and zero gap civil aviation enterprise talent demand.It not only provides professional talents for the civil aviation service industry under the construction of the free trade port,but also promotes the positive development of the cabin crew major.
