摘　　要：[目的/意义]知识经济时代下,厘清企业知识社区的结构体系特征,实现企业知识存量的实时监测,对完善企业知识管理体系具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。[方法/过程]分析企业知识社区知识存量的热力学特征,基于热力学视角分析知识存量的构成要素,并构建企业知识社区知识存量的实时测度模型,以“天”为时间切片,实现企业知识社区知识存量的实时监测。[结果/结论]提出一种以企业知识社区为主体的知识存量测度模型,实现密闭环境下的知识存量测度,防止知识鸿沟的形成,为后续企业知识孪生研究和知识风险评估提供研究基础。[Purpose/significance]In the era of knowledge economy,clarifying the structural system characteristics of enterprise knowledge communities and realizing real-time monitoring of enterprise knowledge stocks have important theoretical and practical significance for improving the enterprise knowledge management system.[Method/process]Analyze the thermodynamic characteristics of the knowledge stock in the enterprise knowledge community,analyze the constituent elements of the knowledge stock based on the thermodynamic perspective,and construct a real-time measurement model of the knowledge stock in the enterprise knowledge community.Take the“day”as the time slice to achieve real-time monitoring of the knowledge stock in the enterprise knowledge community.[Result/conclusion]Propose a knowledge stock measurement model with the enterprise knowledge community as the main body to achieve knowledge stock measurement in a closed environment,prevent the formation of knowledge gaps,and provide a research foundation for subsequent research on enterprise knowledge twins and knowledge risk assessment.
