摘　　要：对中国特色高水平高职专业群建设绩效进行评价,是确保其高质量发展的内在要求、重要抓手和有益参考。通过构建中国特色高水平高职专业群建设绩效综合模糊评价模型,对湖南省13个高水平高职专业群的建设绩效评价进行了实证研究。结果表明:湖南省高水平高职专业群全面落实了建设方案和任务书所规定的中期目标任务,但仍存在内部治理有待优化、教师参与建设的积极性有待提高、贯通式人才培养体系有待建立、国际化合作水平有待提高等问题。因此,提出在下一阶段的建设中,需完善高水平高职专业群建设内部治理机制,激发教师队伍参与高水平高职专业群建设的内生动力,加快推进高水平高职专业群贯通式人才培养,多措并举加强高水平高职专业群国际化合作,培养契合区域产业经济发展所需的高素质技术技能人才、大国工匠与能工巧匠。Evaluation on the performance of high-level vocational specialty cluster construction with Chinese characteristics is an inherent requirement,an important starting point and a useful reference to ensure their high-quality development.This paper constructs a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model to conduct an empirical analysis on the performance evaluation of 13 high-level vocational specialty cluster in Hunan Province.The results show that:the high-level vocational specialty cluster in Hunan Province have fully implemented the medium-term target in the construction program and mission statement.However,there are still problems such as internal governance needs to be optimized,teachers'enthusiasm to participate in the construction needs to be improved,a comprehensive talent cultivation system needs to be established,and the level of international cooperation needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the internal governance mechanism of high-level vocational specialty cluster construction,stimulate the motivation of teachers to participate in the construction of high-level vocational specialty cluster,enhance the integrated talent cultivation of high-level vocational specialty cluster,take multiple measures to strengthen the international cooperation and cultivate high-quality technical professionals and consummate craftsmen that meet the needs of regional industrial and economic development.
