摘 要:人力资源管理在政府部门工作中占有举足轻重的地位,不仅对政府部门的工作效率和服务水平起着重要作用,同时还促进了政府部门行政效能的提升。在信息技术快速发展的今天,政府部门人力资源开发与管理要适应新形势下的改革和发展形势,把人力资源工作和信息技术有机地结合起来,克服传统方式的弊端,建立起一套行之有效的管理机制,充分发挥人力资源的价值,推动政府部门服务水平的提升。Human resource management plays a pivotal role in the work of government departments,which not only plays an important role in the work efficiency and service level of government departments,but also promotes the improvement of administrative efficiency of government departments.At present,with the rapid development of information technology,the development and management of human resources in government departments should adapt to the reform and development trend under the new situation,organically integrate human resources work with information technology,overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods,establish a set of effective and feasible management mechanisms,give full play to the value of human resources,and promote the improvement of the service level of government departments.
