摘 要:针对聚变堆氦冷固态产氚包层中固态氚增殖剂小球辐照产氚性能数据的需求,基于中国先进研究堆(CARR)堆固态氚增殖剂堆内辐照考核研究平台开展的固态氚增殖剂CARR堆内辐照在线氚提取试验(CIPTISE),设计研制了密闭式辐照盒,装载天然丰度的Li_(4)SiO_(4)、50%Li-6丰度的Li_(4)SiO_(4)两种氚增殖剂小球材料,开展锂陶瓷氚增殖剂小球辐照前、后的力学、微观等性能测试分析对比,为固态氚增殖包层产氚分析以及燃料循环氚提取工艺设计提供依据。In response to the need for data on the performance of solid tritium breeder pellets irradiated for tritium production in the helium cooled solid tritium production blanket of fusion reactors,based on the China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR)reactor solid tritium breeder intra-core irradiation assessment research platform,the solid tritium breeder CARR intracore irradiation online tritium extraction test(CIPTISE)was de-signed and developed,and a sealed irradiation chamber was designed and manufactured,which was loaded with two kinds of tritium breeder pellet materials with natural abundance of Li_(4)SiO_(4) and 50%Li-6 abundance of Li_(4)SiO_(4),The mechanical and microscopic performance tests and comparisons of lithium ceramic tritium breeder pellets before and after irradiation were conducted to provide a basis for the tritium production analysis of solid tri-tium breeder blanket and the design of fuel cycle tritium extraction process.
