摘  要:制药工程是一个综合性很强、涉及众多学科领域的新兴专业。为了培养符合时代要求的创业型、创新型和复合型的制药工程人才,我们需要加强制药工程专业学生的专业知识综合运用和创新合成能力。我们还需通过在车间多次实习来强化制药工程专业学生的工艺放大理论转化为工程实践能力,提高其对工程技能掌握的积极性和主动性,以及团队协作能力。总之,我们需要培养具有创新精神和较强实践能力,能适应制药工业发展的应用型工程技术人才,为国家的新型工业化发展、创新型国家建设和人才强国战略服务,造就一大批高质量工程技术人才,为国家做出贡献。Pharmaceutical engineering is an emerging profession that is highly comprehensive and involves many subject areas.In order to cultivate entrepreneurial,innovative and complex pharmaceutical engineering talents who meet the requirements of the times,we need to strengthen the comprehensive application of professional knowledge and innovative synthesis capabilities of pharmaceutical engineering students.We also need to strengthen pharmaceutical engineering students’ability to translate process amplification theory into engineering practice through multiple internships in workshops,and to improve their motivation and initiative in mastering engineering skills,as well as their ability to work in teams.In short,we need to cultivate applied engineering and technology talents with innovative spirit and strong practical ability,who can adapt to the development of the pharmaceutical industry,to serve the development of a new type of industrialisation,the construction of an innovative country and the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,and create a large number of high-quality engineering and technology talents of various types,to make contributions to the country.
